Local Scholarship information is provided at the spring senior meeting
Some schools won't consider you for merit scholarships until you submit the FAFSA?
- Searching for scholarships requires planning, commitment and persistence. The best place to search for scholarships is online, look for free search engines with personalized searches based on your qualifications. Avoid websites which charge fees or promise excessive unclaimed scholarships- they are usually scams.
- Check college websites or talk to college admissions counselors for college specific scholarships.
- Local scholarships will be announced at the Senior meeting in March.
- Scholarship information mailed to MSHS is posted on the bulletin board outside the College and Career Center.
